Dupe: Twinsets de Chanel

For 2012's Vogue's Fashion Night Out Chanel released these limited edition Twinsets de Chanel. I have fallen in love with the Infidèle pair but lack of cash flow means I'll have to admire from afar. I thought the idea was really cool so I searched my own collection to see if I could recreate my own version. I managed to find a much more cool-toned and brighter combo, but I think paired with dewy skin and neutral eyes it will be a great look to see out the end of summer.  

J’ai tombé amoureuse des Twinsets de Chanel créé en édition limitée pour Vogue’s Fashion Night Out 2012. J’ai craqué pour le duo Infidèle mais malheureusement je n’ai pas les moyens pour me faire plaisir. J’ai trouvé le concept plutôt cool, donc j’ai dévalisé ma trousse de maquillage pour trouver ma propre version à moi. Mon duo est beaucoup plus flashy que celui de Chanel mais avec la peau glowy et les yeux neutres c’est parfait pour ces derniers jours d’été !

Statement Earrings

 I'm not a big earring-wearer because I have sensitive ears, but I think I could live through the pain for these pairs of statement earrings. I'm contemplating cutting my hair into a long bob and wearing polo neck jumpers just so I have an excuse to invest in some exciting earrings? 

Je ne porte pas souvent les boucles d’oreilles parce que ça me fait mal aux oreilles mais je suis prête à souffrir pour ces jolis bijoux. J’hésite à me faire une coupe au carré long et porter les cols roulés pour que je puisse m’offrir des boucles d’oreilles !

Golden

I've been wearing a lot of dainty gold jewellery lately. I don't tend to wear necklaces as I'm funny about necklines/necklace combinations, so I have been focusing on rings and bangles. The great thing about this selection is that I can mix-and-match in so many combos that I have a different arm view everyday. Bear in mind that I almost always am wearing my Casio mini gold watch. I love it so much that when I lost it a few months ago I repurchased it. I don't ever buy watches because in my imaginary life the next timepiece I get will be hefty in value!


Ces dernières semaines je portais beaucoup de bijoux doré. Je ne porte pas souvent les colliers parce que j’ai du mal à trouver des décolletés qui s’associe bien avec les colliers donc j’opte plutôt pour les bagues et les bracelets. Avec la sélection que j’ai, je peux me faire plusieurs mélanges donc j’ai toujours un assortiment diffèrent ! N’oublie pas que je porte quasiment tous les jours ma montre Casio dorée – je l’ai perdue il y a quelques mois mais je l’adore tellement que je l’ai racheté tout de suite ! Seul une montre beaucoup plus classique (Cartier...ahem) pourrait me faire penser a remplacer celle-la!

With each Summer season that rolls around comes a new swimwear mindset. Matching, mix-matching, all black. In preparation for the holidays I decided to allow myself options. At £3.99 a piece, it's easily justifiable!
